Leaving Nook?

You can delete your Nook recipe app account from the app or request deletion by email.

Delete from the app

Sign in to the Nook account you want to delete.
Open Settings.
Select delete account and complete the confirmation.

Account deletion removes your sign-in account and profile. Save any recipes or information you want to keep before confirming. The app’s deletion action cannot be undone from the app.

Cannot access the app?

Email osuraperera@gmail.com with the subject “Nook account deletion request.” Send the request from the email associated with Nook and tell us that you want the account deleted. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not send passwords or identity documents unless a specific, appropriate verification method has been agreed.

What is deleted?

The current account deletion flow deletes your authentication account and profile, plus related records removed by database relationships. Uploaded files, information already shared with other users, provider records, and backups may need separate handling. To request erasure of uploaded images or other remaining personal information, include this in your email. Limited records may be kept where necessary for a legal obligation, purchase issue, or security investigation; retention depends on that purpose.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your Nook account does not cancel store subscriptions. Manage or cancel billing in Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
